Registering your application.
If you are a new student, you shall fill in the application. Once your application is approved, we will send you a customer number by e-mail. You should contact us if you have not received a confirmation notice within one week. You will gain access to our list of vacant apartments as soon as you receive your customer number.
If you are approved, and as long as you renew your application by logging in to My pages and check that your personal information is up to date, once every six months, you are considered to have been on the housing list from the day you registered your application.
Are you a customer with SGS?
If you have an active application and a customer number you may express your interest in any of the vacant apartments. You have to log in and then choose vacant objects.
If you are currently renting from us but wish to find a new apartment, you have to activate a new application and check that your address and school information is correct.
Renew application
Renew your application once every six months by logging in on My pages. Check so your personal information is up to date and then press save. If you do not renew your application you will lose your accumulated time on the waiting list. Please observe that no reminder will be sent and that you have to keep your application active.
