Our buildings are situated within the boundaries of the old military area and are 3 - 5 storey houses. On the entrance side  there is a patio with barbecue and path for boule.  On the surrounded abundant greenery there is a communal sheltered patio with barbecue and beachvolley ground. Housing at the above addresses do not have access to bicycle storage.

På entrésidan finns uteplats med grill samt boulebanor och på den öppna gräsytan i väster finns en skyddad gemensam uteplats med grill och beachvolleyplan.

The buildings constist of one U-shaped body of a house with four storeys. The light facades are reflecting the modern Kviberg added to the military and architectural history environment.
The buildings are facing the south and there is a small square within the area. Only here you have access to a party room, not in the other houses. 

Tyghusvägen 6-14

The apartments are specially designed compared to traditional apartments. The windows dominate from floor to ceiling. In front of the windows there is a specially designed radiator with an oak-bench on top. Here you can sit down and enjoy the view. Tyghusvägen have no access to bicycle storage.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday 7 - 9 am

At the local office you can meet the caretakers who are responsible for your particular home. The first weekday of the month they are open 12 noon - 3.30 pm. Telephone calls outside our office hours (weekdays 7am-4pm) are connected to caretaker’s mobile phone or answering machine. Here you fetch and leave your keys when moving in or out.

Electricity
Electricity is not included in the rent. Report to Göteborg Energi AB, tel 020-62 62 62, or on their website http://www.goteborgenergi.se/English/Customer_service

Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there might be no power in the apartment you move into.

Vacuum cleaners
The houses are  equipped with built-in vacuum cleaners.

Household waste/recycling
Waste chamber for Lilla Regementsvägen 6-10 is in the yard.
Waste chamber for Lilla Regementsvägen 14-16 is at the backside of the building, after the passage.
Waste chambers for Tyghusvägen are in the yard.

Windows
At window-opening please note that there is a safety-catch which can be loosen. Do not use force. If you have any problems with this please contact the local office.

Fire detector Lilla Regementsvägen 6-10
The electric fire detector also contains a battery in case of a power cut. If the electricity has been cut off for a longer time the fire detector will peep every 45 second while the battery is being charged.

The fire detectors are battery-powered.

Assembly room
At Lilla Regementsvägen 6-10 there is one assembly room in each house; in house 6 on the attic floor, in house 8 at floor 3 and in house 10 at floor 4. These are furnished. The rooms can be booked and you find the booking board at the entrance on the ground floor. Use your electronic key tab to book a room. You can also book a room on the Internet.

At Lilla Regementsvägen 14-16 there are four assembly rooms; one dining-room, one billiard-room and a gym. The gym as an alarm installed in it, follow the instructions. All these rooms can be booked by all tenants at Kviberg, except for the gym, which can not be booked.

At Tyghusvägen 6-14 there is one furnished assembly room in each house. You find them on floor 2 and 3. The rooms can be booked and you find the booking board at the entrance on the ground floor. Use your electronic key tab to book a room. You can also book a room on the Internet.

Laundries
At Lilla Regementsvägen there are laundries at the following places: in house 6 and 8 at floor 1 and  2 and in house 10 at floor 1, 2 and 3. Use the electronic key tab to book a laundry or you can book on the Internet. The smaller laundry can not be booked.

At Lilla Regementsvägen 14-16 there are two laundries in each stair-well. They are located on the ground floor. Outside the laundries there is booking board. Use your electronic key tab to book a laundry or you can book on the Internet.

The washing-machines in house 14-16 are equipped with an automatic detergent function, which means that detergent is automatic dosaged for each wash. If you wish to use your own detergent you can use a so called wash ball. You find more information in the laundries.

At Tyghusvägen 6-14 there are two laundries in each entrance. Use the electronic key tab to book a laundry or you can book on the Internet.

Store-rooms
All flats have their own store-room.

All flats at Lilla Regementsvägen 6-10 have store-rooms in the attic of each house. Flats 001-012 in house 10 have their store-room in the detached house (gröna huset) in the yard.

Common spaces/rooms
In the square at Regementsgatan 14-16 you find our local office, gym, common spaces for the tenants, pool table,  store and pizzeria. A special room available to all students in Kviberg is the dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, which invites you to cozy dinners for large groups.

Comhem is responsible for cable TV, tel 0771-55 00 00. 

Car parking
Parking permits for visitors can be picked up at the local office.
