Area office

Opening hours: Monday 12 noon-7pm, Tues - Fri 12 noon-3.30 pm
At the area office you find the area manager and other personnel who are responsible for your particular home. The first weekday of the month they are open 9 am–4 pm. Here you fetch and leave your keys when moving in or out.
Gates, parking
When moving in or out by car you contact the area office in advance for gate opening. If you wish to enter the area by car at other occasions you contact the area office. Parking within the areas is forbidden.
Storerooms
There is a cellar storage space for each family flat. Two tenants share each storage space in building no 3 and 4. There are no other space for furniture except for the storeroom which belongs to your flat.

Parabolics
It is forbidden to mount parabolic aerials on facades, balcony parapets or on the outside of windows. The reasons are the following:
• Security risk
A falling parabolic aerial can cause damage and be very dangerous if it hits a child or an adult.
• Damages
Mounting on windows or facades causes damages which can be impossible to repair after the aerial is dismounted.
• Appearance
It is unsightly with parabolic aerials mounted here and there in an area.
It is permitted to mount parabolics on the inside/floor of a balcony and on an out-door terrace.
To mount a parabolic aerial on the roof contact the area office where an agreement will be drawn up.
Rooms for prams
A smaller space for keeping prams is provided in some block of flats. Note: these spaces are intended for prams only.
Communal rooms
• ”The green room” in the basement of building no 3.
• Music room in building no 7.
• Weaving room with several looms in building no 8.
• Ceramic workshop in building no 8 above the laundry.
• Carpenters’ and painters’ workshop in build no 18 on ground floor.
• Painting studio in building no 18 on the top floor.

Electricity
Electricity is included in the rent.

Comhem is responsible for cable TV, tel 0771-55 00 00.
Assembly Committee (KK)
There is an assembly committee at Rosendal, here called KK. The KK is a connecting link between SGS Studentbostäder and the tenants. The members are elected in the yearly residents’ meeting where all tenants can participate and have the right to vote.
