Double accommodation in single rooms prohibited
We have received many complaints about double accommodation in single rooms and therefore want to inform you that it is not allowed to stay two or more in a single room or in a room and kitchenette. These accommodations with common kitchens are intended for one person, except for room and kitchenette on Dr Forselius Backe which is considered as a flat.
We will now pay close attention to double accommodation in single rooms. If we find that this occurs the lease holder will receive a letter of warning.
If the lease holder and the resident are in the queue for an apartment they will both lose their time in the queue and will also be expelled for 3 months before they can submit a new application.
If you have a problem with double accommodation in your corridor please contact your area office. You can also easily send a message to your area office by logging on to My pages. Use the contact form and choose "Double Accommodation" as matter. The errand will automatically be sent to the correct office.
