We proudly offer 42 exciting student apartments in what was previously the highly original warehouse in Första Långgatan 12. Among other things, the apartments on the top floor all sport a loft of varying size. The premises have been designated a national heritage site and consist of a main building from 1857 and a back building which was added in 1918. Several restaurants, cafés and smaller shops can be found here. A nice market-hall is located nearby. You reach the recreation area Slottsskogen in a few minutes.

Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides.
Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.

Electricity is not included in the rent. Report to Göteborg Energi AB,

Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there might be no power in the apartment you move into.

Storage
There is a cellar storage space for each flat, which should be marked with your flat number.

Household wastes
Garbage room is in the courtyard. Here you sort all the garbage. For example glass, paper and compost.
 
Communal room
The gym is in the communal room in the yard, it is open daily 06:30 to 21:00.

Laundries
The laundry is in the courtyard. You use the electronic booking-system.

Vacuum cleaners
The house is equipped with built-in vacuum cleaners.
